Recognizing when we're being called into a life change can sneak up on us. It’s a strong urge but because some of the forces are subtle they can be hard to identify.
It often begins with a persistent inner restlessness or a sense of unease that lingers regardless of how much we try to ignore it. Recurring thoughts, dreams, or intuitive messages may repeatedly suggest that a different path is calling us. We might notice physical and emotional signs such as feeling drained, overwhelmed, frustrated, bored or unexpectedly joyful, which are all indicators that something is shifting within. A loss of passion or purpose in activities that once brought us fulfillment can also signal that it’s time to reevaluate our direction. Externally, changes and opportunities like unexpected encounters, events, or openings may serve as catalysts.
We may feel like a gentle voice or intuitive whisper often urges us to explore new possibilities, follow our passions, or release what no longer serves our growth. We may also feel a sense of disalignment or that certain aspects of our lives are inauthentic or out of sync with our true selves. All of these signals collectively point toward the need for transformation and growth. By paying attention to these signs and trusting the inner callings, we can embrace the inevitable shifts that lead us toward a more authentic, fulfilling, and aligned life.
The power of our ‘no’
We may not know where we’re headed yet, but at least we can identify what we don’t want, and that’s a great start. The power of our 'no' is a vital and often overlooked tool in shaping our life’s direction. When we clearly see what no longer serves our highest good, we can create space for growth, clarity, and authentic living. Saying 'no' helps us set clear boundaries and honors our true priorities, guiding us away from paths that may lead to dissatisfaction or stagnation. It is through these intentional refusals that we reclaim our inner authority and assert our commitment to our well-being. Making the choice to say 'no' requires courage, but it also opens the door to new opportunities and possibilities that align more closely with who we are meant to become.
EXERCISE
What are you saying ‘no’ to?
~ Take some time to write down in your journal about what truly no longer resonates for you. What have you outgrown? What no longer aligns with your values or sense of self worth? What kinds of relationship dynamics have depleted you for the last time? What daily habits and routines have left you feeling low, unhealthy, tense or angry. What aspects of your work and career have thoroughly run their course?
~ Be bold here. You might think certain things ‘have to’ be a certain way and there’s no avoiding it, but remember we’re right at the beginning of this journey and your perspective may shift dramatically. So list everything that’s been bothering you!
What are you saying ‘yes’ to?
~ Take some time to think about ‘What kind of love am I calling in?’. What do you value in life?
~ Now explore what it would be like to have this kind of life. To the extent that you are able to imagine it, what would your life be like? Imagine you have all this in this present moment. How do you feel? What sights, sounds, smells, tastes or sensations are present in your experience in this reality? Invest this time to really craft your new love-filled life.
~ Give yourself 33 seconds to ‘be’ in this reality. This will reset your neurology and cosmic energies around this intention.
~ Now let the vision go, and just sit and breathe for another minute or so, feeling the energies of the universe bringing that reality into being. Allow them to change you now, and welcome in the changes.
You can return to this exercise throughout the program to reinforce the power of manifestation.
